Welcome to my 2025 Classroom Reveal. This is my 21st year in education with 19 of those years spent in Kindergarten, and I wouldn’t have it any other way! If you’ve followed me on my journey, you know that I love a good classroom transformation. In past years, I’ve often redecorated at the beginning of the school year with an entirely new theme. This year, I changed things up a little. I loved my Varsity Composition Classroom Theme that I created last year so much that I decided to stick with it while adding some new pieces and bulletin boards to freshen things up a bit. The Hallway
Let’s begin our tour in the hallway leading to my Kindergarten Classroom. Here’s how I decorated to welcome my new students and families. I designed the Welcome Class of 2038 Bulletin Board for one of the bulletin boards. This set includes numbers for all years. Another board features my Varsity Patch We Put the Kind in Kindergarten Set. The bottom board shown is my Amazing Work Coming Soon bulletin board kit. These boards made beautiful photo backdrops on Meet the Teacher Night!
The Editable Locker Tags and Welcome Sign are included in the Varsity Composition Classroom Theme and they are also sold separately.
Above, I used the “Welcome” letters from my Welcome to Kindergarten Composition Notebook Bulletin Board on the long wall outside my doorway.
The Feature Wall and Bulletin Board Header
I highly recommend creating a feature wall in your classroom above your main bulletin board. This Welcome to Kindergarten Set from the Varsity Composition Classroom Theme looks amazing. The Bundle also includes a set to create this message for grades 1st through 8th.
NEW Ice Cream Birthdays Bulletin Board
This brand new Ice Cream Themed Birthday Bulletin Board turned out better than I imagined! I use mini-clothespins to add my students’ names and birthdays, and I attach the clips to their birthday ice cream scoop.
The Calendar
Calendar time is one of the most important parts of our day in Kindergarten. Here you’ll find my Hanging Flip Date Calendar Set along with my Large Calendar and Place Value Poster – all included in the Varsity Composition Classroom Theme.
Composition Notebook Welcome Bulletin Board
This small bulletin board is a fun way to welcome my students. I used this Varsity Notebook Bulletin Board Paper From Amazon and created the sign on Canva. The Welcome Disco Ball is from Hobby Lobby.
Affirmation Station
An Affirmation Station is a wonderful addition to any primary classroom. It’s perfect for teaching children the importance of positive self-talk through daily positive affirmations.
Kind in Kindergarten Varsity Patch Bulletin Board
Another one of my favorite spaces in my classroom is my classroom library featuring this We Put the Kind in KINDergarten Bulletin Board. This board was designed to go along with my children’s book, We Put the Kind in Kindergarten, which you can find on Amazon.

Math Bulletin Board
I created this new Math Bulletin Board showcasing my large number posters, which are so helpful to my kindergarteners who are just learning to write numbers. The 2D Shapes posters are also featured. Both can be found in the Varsity Composition Classroom Theme Bundle!
Writing Center Bulletin Board
I have been searching high and low for a good writing bulletin board that correlated well with how I teach writing. When I can’t find what I’m looking for, I create it myself. This resource is brand new, and I’ll be posting it soon. Stay tuned!
Jumbo Crayons Color Word Wall
The next stop on this virtual classroom tour is my Crayons Color Word Wall. These Jumbo Crayons measure around 16 inches and feature a print style font. The resource includes a color words worksheet in addition to the decor. This is a display that my students reference quite often in their daily writing.
