February Activities for Kindergarten and First Grade
Are you looking for fun and purposeful February Activities for Kindergarten or First Grade? I’ve got you covered! February just so happens to be my favorite teaching month. Yet, it is one of the busiest months with all of the holidays – Groundhog Day, 100th Day, Valentine’s Day, and Presidents’ Day! It’s funny that the shortest month has so many things packed into such little time! I wanted to design a bundle full of low and no prep resources to help you integrate these holidays into your kindergarten or first grade curriculum. GROUNDHOG DAY FUN PACKET & BULLETIN BOARD BUNDLE
This set includes craft templates, differentiated writing options for k-2, voting ballots, math (graphing predictions), a grammar worksheet on groundhog adjectives, and a Groundhog Day song. Because Groundhog Day falls on a Sunday this year, be sure to have your students cast their ballots during the last week of January. I will probably do mine on January 31st. My kids love this unit each year!
